Journalist Neritan Sejamini said today that the country's readiness to join the European Union cannot be measured just by counting laws on paper.

As Sejamini said on "A2 CNN", merely approximating laws is not enough.

According to the journalist, the full implementation of the laws in practice, with concrete and sustainable results, is key to concluding the negotiations.

"The report has shown that one cannot measure a country's readiness and preparation to become a member state of the European Union just by counting the laws on paper.
