The deputy of the Democratic Party, Ina Zhupa, asked the Commission for Education and Public Information Media to hold a hearing with the head of RTSH, Alfred Peza, for dismissals without motivation in this institution. 

She denounced Peza that he was illegally placed at the head of RTSH and that he must give an account to the Albanians for the management of the institution, which is paid for by the taxes of the Albanians. 

She also requested from the Assembly the monitoring report for the election of the General Director of RTSH in this position. 

"First of all, it is related to the catastrophic situation, the illegal situation and the extremely difficult situation in the Albanian Radio Television. RTSH is functioning as a structured organization, where its head, who is also illegal, Alfred Peza massively fires the employees who have from 22 years or 30 years of work in RTSH, after no motivation, with ordinary, illegal and not normal motivations even in the conditions stipulated by the Labor Code, This is a problem that I have raised thousands of times, I have slapped Alfred in the face Peza and I ask from this commission that all of us, socialists and democrats, protect the taxes of the Albanians. We protect it in the institution that we have under the supervision of the Assembly. Therefore, as a responsible commission, I request the hearing of Mr. Peza, who is an illegal director. He must bring the monitoring report. The bodies of the Assembly that have not brought the monitoring report for the election of the General Director.
