Port of Durrës/Rama: Once it is built, we will have much more income

Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the investment in the Port of Durrës during a statement to the media from the SP headquarters, where he held a meeting with district leaders.

Rama said that the Port of Durrës has been and will be an asset of the Albanians, while denying the accusations of his pardon.

He declared that after this port is built, Albanians will have much more income.

"Today we are in conditions where Albanians are part of the investment of the Port of Durrës, for example. The state is a shareholder and no apologies have been made, the port has been and remains the Albanians', but the interest of the Albanians is also included.

Porto Romano will be the ace of Albania and Albanians. We have chosen between the legitimate alternative of having a foreign company as investors and opening an international tender. After it is built, Albanians will have much more income", the head of the government emphasized./ CNA
