"Air Albania" cancels the flight without warning/ Meta, revolted:

"Air Albania" canceled yesterday evening without warning the flight from Istanbul to Tirana, with the justification that the birds attacked the engines.

The chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, reacted indignantly to the cancellation of the flight, as he announced that he and former minister Edmond Panariti also remained at the airport.

Meta declares that together with Panariti they stayed in a hotel, but many travelers spent the night at the airport.

He emphasizes that the Government must assume its responsibilities before the citizens in a transparent manner.

"Air Albania should not continue like this anymore!

Last night I almost missed the flight from Istanbul to Tirana because Air Albania canceled the flight without warning at the right time!

Not only that, but we had to insist together with the former Foreign Minister Prof. Edmond Panaritin to take over the hotel accommodation, moreover our hosts in Baku had paid for our business tickets.

Meanwhile, today on the plane we met many citizens who were outraged that some of them had slept at the airport and had this happen again.

While a lady who lived in California, even though they had arranged her hotel accommodation, said that this was the fifth time this happened to her with Air Albania and she had no intention of trying this torture again.

For me personally, it is the second time, but the Government must take its responsibilities before the citizens in a transparent way that the excuses that the birds have attacked the motorbikes no longer work.
