Kelliçi underlined that today it is exactly 326 days since I filed the report for the 5 famous directors of the Municipality of Tirana in SPAK, but even after the reports, they benefit from construction permits.

"Even though they were reported to SPAK for corruption, the directors of Tirana Municipality, led by the de facto owner of Tirana Incinerator Erion Veliaj, have continued to get rich with millions of taxpayers in the capital, and have even been rewarded by the latter with new construction permits , in gratitude for the fact that they have agreed to challenge the SPAK and oppose the so-called new bodies of justice", says Kelliçi.

Dear citizens!

Today is exactly 326 days from the moment I filed the complaint with the SPAK against the 5 famous directors of the Municipality of Tirana, who through the company 5D Konstruksion, headed by the famous Mariglen Qato, blatantly stole millions of euros, through at least 45 tenders developed in the municipality.

Although reported to SPAK for corruption, the directors of the Tirana Municipality, led by the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator Erion Veliaj, have continued to make off with the millions of the capital's taxpayers, and have even been rewarded by the latter with new construction permits. in gratitude for the fact that they have agreed to challenge SPAK and oppose the so-called new bodies of justice.

According to all public information, even though a number of offices and apartments of these individuals have been raided, even though mobile phones have been seized where communication applications designed specifically for the Municipality of Tirana and the communication of these individuals with each other have been found, SPAK still refuses to undertake legal steps against this structured criminal group, headed by the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator, Erion Veliajn.

The Group of Experts at the DP guarantees the citizens that we are determined and more motivated than ever before to attack corrupt officials at any level of administration, local or central. The arrests authorized or ordered by the authorities, of Taulant Tusha and Evis Berberi, cannot put a lid on the hundreds of millions of euros of corrupt affairs of the Government or the Municipality of Tirana.

Today, Albania is the only country in the world that paid 130 million euros for an incinerator that does not exist and builds roads with 30 million euros per kilometer. For these corruption scandals of global proportions, Edi Rama has had enough by saying that some of his officials have eaten apples and pears behind the prime minister's back.

This extreme irresponsibility, this mockery of citizens and the justice system should have ended an hour ago. That's why I find today the opportunity to appeal to SPAK, to position itself where it belongs, alongside the public interest and in an uncompromising fight against the galloping corruption of this government. Do not be part of the war of power clans and corruption within the Socialist Party.

Albanians are not interested in which is the strongest clan within the majority and who wants to imprison whom, within the Socialist Party. Albanians want justice without rule.

The increase of salaries and pensions, the opening of new jobs, the increase of foreign investments in the country and our integration into the European Union, will only happen when we have a real, impartial justice, a justice that does not imprison the President of the Opposition without any proof or accusation, but hits and punishes the corrupt officials who have forced over 1 million Albanians to take the paths of emigration in these 10 years.

Therefore, the technical government and free and fair elections are the only solution for the country. /CNA
