The vice-president of the DP, Gazment Bardhi, has refused to consider the talks between him and the head of the Parliamentary Group of the SP, Bledi Çuçi, as an agreement.

Bardhi said on Eni Vasili's show that the agreement contains agreement on substantive issues, while claiming that there was no negotiation on such issues.

He stated that investigative commissions are provided for by the Constitution and no agreements are made for the implementation of the Constitution.

"As the Constitution envisages, investigative commissions will be set up, you can be sure that the opposition will not allow any obstacle to the parliamentary investigation. If they arise, we will respect the Constitution and we will do everything to ensure that the constitution is respected letter by letter.
