The Minister of State and Relations with the Parliament, Elisa Spriopali, said after the meeting of the Conference of Speakers that today there was no agreement with "non grata" and emphasized that there were no secret negotiations between the DP and the SP . 

Spiropali said that they cannot have pressure and added that our partners in cooperation with the institutions of the Assembly have said what we say, you cannot set fire to the Assembly.

"Definitely substantive suggestions, not chair-moving suggestions. The commission's deadline is March 21. This is not a 'non grata' deal. It is a hostage party, no one hides that. There is no need for repetition, we know the rules of the Assembly of Albania", said Spiropali./CNA
