He dedicated the second day of his visit to Shkodër to the structures of the Socialist Party.

He said that the capital of the north has been misused by the government, thus attacking the right-wing party that has led Shkodra until 2023.

However, the socialist leader left the door open for the democrats as well, as it pertains to new memberships.

"The parties themselves are suffocating, rejecting, damaging and we have seen this in Shkodra before, where the SP has been suffocating and rejecting and damaging to others, but also to itself at the end of the day because it was seen as a the property of a few and not as a space that everyone can enter and interact with without being a part of it. This is what I wanted to say for a long time when many jumped up from the expression "beyond left and right". But in fact, Albania has no time to waste and has wasted an enormous amount of time with divisions that have not really even served the healthy food of politics divided into parties and in different directions, but have only served those who have wanted to have as many people as possible blind to their power, saying "we are right-wing, these are communists" or on the contrary "we are left-wing, they are extremists" etc. and Shkodra is the most meaningful victim of the barrenness and wickedness of this division because for many, many years it remained separated from the rest of Albania. It remained separated from the path of development of others", he said.

Further, the head of the government emphasized that: "The Socialist Party cannot be an organization that begins to see people, "this one was not with us, this one was against us; this one once did this to us, this one once did that to us". All the things that prevent us from supporting this progress because this is a progress like the progress in all of Albania, like the progress in Vlora, in Korça and everywhere else, a progress that can be reversed if we do not continue to lead it this path of development and if we do not have the right strong support to take this path of development to the end, which means until the end of the governing cycle at the end of this decade. Everything can be reversed!”
