DENOUCTION: Violations with contract procedures, QSUT keeps the record

The anti-corruption spokeswoman in the Democratic Party, Gent Vangjeli, denounced from the blue office that the institutions' violations of the contract procedures and according to what QSUT holds the record.

SUT has concluded 4 piecemeal contracts with a variable monthly fund with the same "cleaning" object, specifically: Dt. 01.12.2021, value 2.5 million ALL with VAT, contractor SORI AL shpk" Date 07.01.2022, value 9.9 million ALL with VAT, contractor SORI AL shpk: Date 29.04.2022, value 12.6 million ALL with VAT, contractor SORI AL shpk: Date 01.08.2022, value 20.8 million ALL with VAT, the contractor SORI AL shpk and 3 fragmented contracts with a monthly variable fund with the same object "cooking", specifically: date 15.10.2021, value 12.1 million ALL with VAT , contractor SORI AL shpk: dt. 31.12.2021, value 16 million ALL with VAT, contractor SORI AL shpk: Dt. 29.04.2022, value 13.1 million ALL with VAT , contractor SORI AL shpk.

6. ALL 108.5 million from QSUT and ALL 87.4 million from SUT constitute a negative financial effect for the state budget.?
