Rama proposes territorial reform

When 10 years have not yet passed since the administrative reform, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke today from Shkodra again about the Territorial Reform.

Rama has stated that the municipalities should be reduced and this requires consensus with the minority, giving signs that he is ready to cooperate with a part of the opposition on this issue.

He said that if certain municipalities merge with another they can produce more economy and result.

 "The territorial reform wants fewer municipalities, but this requires consensus with a part of the minority, but this is a debate that is just a waste of time.
