Lulzim Basha, a serial loser who is known internationally as the sleeper of Albanian politics, knows no limits.

Luli has degraded this Saturday in insults to the historical leader of the DP, who trusted the right in 2013.

In a meeting with his soldiers, Basha described Berisha as an old man.
