Prime Minister Edi Rama told journalists after the meeting with district leaders that the Criminal Amnesty will be passed in the Assembly and will be voted on by everyone. 

Rama added that the amnesty is currently on the Parliament's table. 

"We must refer to a statement by the Minister of Justice. The amnesty is on the table of the Assembly. They will vote for the entire amnesty because there is nowhere to go without voting for it. We will vote for a historic act. We will vote for an act historically, the parliament has always done this without party division. It is an act like all civilized countries do for the state to exercise the constitutional obligation of relief for this obligation," he said. / CNA
