The Deputy Chairman of the Democratic Party's Municipal Council, Dorian Teliti, declared today that the opposition is determined to continue its verbal and visual denunciations of the May 11 electoral massacre.
In an interview on 'Syri TV', Teliti stated that it is not possible in European and world history for a government in its 4th term to increase the number of mandates, even after the scandals that have engulfed it.
Teliti said that the DP will continue to raise awareness among the international community within the country about the massacre of the parliamentary elections, while accusing Prime Minister Edi Rama of being at the helm of the 'Bulgarian train'.
"We are making verbal and visual denunciations of the electoral massacre. It is a large Albanian train of vote manipulation, with many wagons and at the head of the locomotive, who knows who the architect is who has launched a scheme that was applied not only on May 11, but before to alienate the vote of Albanians. Although under pressure from representatives, MPs and leaders of the majority, I do not believe that the CEAZs have been a party to the manipulation. It is a manipulation that started before, with the meetings of the prime minister in the diaspora. He did not go as prime minister, but as chairman of the SP. From here the alienation of the will of Albanians began.
With these images, the picture of what happened is clear, we know the whole reality. The surprise of the people and voters who say how this result is possible. What is the total number of voters in reality, we have no answer, how many sheets were printed, how was the distribution of the ballots? We still do not have data from the CEC. How is it possible that DHL was contracted and the Albanian post office comes into play. Our distrust, which is based on solid foundations and concrete evidence, has been confirmed. It has not happened that the DP-SP in so many years of democracy, have 3% in a ballot box.
Let's continue the smear campaign of the electoral massacre. We are not at our best, we need to improve, to do our best to create conditions for a technical government. If the gangs are on the ground again, the will of the Albanians will be alienated again. If you continue to use bonuses for pensioners, it will again have an impact on the result. Or forgive the fines that the government itself has imposed, it will again have an impact.
Let's get rid of the current government, which influences the elections. At the moment when there is a free and fair competition, there is no doubt that there are winners and losers, the citizens have decided, not the gangs in many cities or the budget money, or the fear for jobs. It is not possible in European and world history for a government in its 4th mandate to increase the number of mandates, even after the scandals that have engulfed it. We are in a situation where it no longer matters who it is, but in a situation where anyone who confronts the majority with what they are, will have the same result. Let's continue to denounce the electoral massacre and raise awareness of the international factor within the country", said Teliti./CNA
