The Vice President of the Democratic Party, Oerd Bylykbashi, declared today that the electoral system we have in Albania is Edi Rama's system, which massacres the votes of Albanians, the opposition and small parties.

This electoral system is flawed, it cannot be fixed, it is toxic for pluralism and political parties and for voters. It must be removed immediately.
