The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke again at a media conference about what he calls an electoral farce, the May 11 elections.

Berisha said that the SP candidate, Sara Mila, received 92 votes in the Elbasan prison, out of 102 valid votes, as it is controlled by gangs.

Berisha then focused on the Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, who he said was also controlled by gangs.

The chief democrat stated that Manja handed over 313 to Emiljano Shullazi and the latter forced the prisoners to vote for the majority candidates.
