Voting on draft laws and approvals on the agenda / Parliament holds plenary

The Albanian Parliament will hold a plenary session tomorrow at noon, Monday, at 1:00 PM.

The agenda is as follows:

1. Approval of the minutes of the plenary session of 5.6.2025. (Article 44, point 2, of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly)

2. Announcements (Article 44, point 3, of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly)

3. Draft law “On the energy performance of buildings”. (In accordance with Articles 78 and 83, point 1, of the Constitution, and Articles 55 and 73-77 of the Rules of Procedure, simple majority of votes for approval) Question The initiator is expressed The Committee responsible for Production Activities, Trade and Environment is expressed.
