After the dog tender scandal/ Rama "rewards" the deputy of Gjici,
Granit Gjana and Safet Gjici

Today, the Prefect of Kukës District, Albert Halilaj, was relieved of his duties.

It is learned that Prefect Granit Gjana, the deputy mayor of the municipality of Kukës, has been appointed in his place.

This decision was taken at the meeting of the Council of Ministers.

We remember that Granit Gjana appeared in the video-scandal with the dog tender of Safet Gjic, the former mayor of Kukës.

In the video published on June 16, Safet Gjici, together with citizen Alma K., performed a sexual act in the office of the mayor of Kukës.

Afterwards, Gjici talked with Alma K. about the street dog tender and instructed the vice president Granit Gjana to follow the legal steps for the project.

Alma K. went to Gjana's office and received the instructions for the necessary documents, submitted the papers and finally left the building of the Kukes Municipality with the confirmation that she would receive the tender.
