The Mayor of Shkodër, Benet Beci, has appointed one of Lulzim Basha's people as director.

According to a document circulated in the media, Basha's candidate in the local elections, Fatmir Vojvoda, has been appointed Director of the Shkoder Development Center with the firm of Benet Beci.

It seems that the socialists are rewarding the people of Lulzim Basha who gave them the "victory" in the May 14 elections.
