The political leader of the Democratic Party for the Elbasan region, Tomor Alizoti, invited to A2 CNN, spoke about the political situation in the country and the new season.

Alizoti said that the political and social situation is difficult and a comprehensive response is needed.

The Democrat stated that no serious discussion takes place in the Albanian Parliament for the good of the people and called the Parliament ridiculous.

Further, Alizoti said that drug cartels are very involved and drugs have become the economy of Albania.

Regarding the Democratic Party and what it will change, Alizoti stated that whatever reforms his party makes, it has no chance against drug cartels.

" We are in a difficult social and political situation. The reaction must be comprehensive, not just the opposition. There is no serious discussion in this country. In Parliament there are rarely serious discussions about the protection of the Albanian people.

Statesmen discuss visions in Parliament, they don't joke about who is more beautiful and who is more ugly. Parliament will be ridiculous, terrible.

The situation is very serious. For the first time, drug cartels are heavily involved. Drugs have become the economy of Albania. The cartels of Albania have started to imitate Escobar, giving pensions to the people. This society is heading towards degradation.
