The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, has reacted after the speech he gave at the Bled forum in Slovenia.

Through a post on social media, Berisha writes that Rama's speech shocked the forum and amused the audience with his deceptions and attitudes as a global leader.

Friends, in his speech in Bled, Ramaduro had several moments that captivated the audience and you shouldn't miss them.

The first moment was the one in which, as if he were a scatologist, he dealt with Putin's feces, which, unlike his vocabulary in parliament, he did not call either feces or excrement, but said: "I remembered something about Putin having a biological waste bag, to collect and bring home."

The second moment is the next deception:

Rama continued in his speech: "Because by the way, I represent a country that stands completely by Ukraine and I think, the only country in Europe that since the fall of the Berlin Wall, has not made a single visit to Russia or had any guests from Russia." An unscrupulous deception, because from '90 until today, two prime ministers from Albania have been to Moscow, one of whom is himself, but also the Speaker of Parliament and President of the country. It seems that the denial of the visit to Moscow is related to the functions held by his brother with a Russian mother in Putin's military elite.

The third and culminating moment is his advice as a global leader for Europe: do not ask about America, anti-imperialist but also anti-historical advice. Thus, in his speech Ramaduro added: “No one can say that there is any kind of ambiguity, but I believe that Europe should not wait to see what will happen next on the other side of the ocean with the Peace Plan. Europe is above all peace, it is the culture of peace, it is peace in culture.” Therefore, according to him, Europe Peace should not ask what the White House says about peace, since Europe is peace itself, and according to this logic, those across the ocean are not peace, and that Russia is not Europe, or even that the two world wars began on the other side of the Atlantic.

"Friends, this advice is apparently related to his psychological disfigurement after President Trump declared the Soros network a criminal organization," Berisha said. /CNA
