Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke at the SP assembly in Berat about the increase in pensions. The Prime Minister stated that in 2030 the pension increase will be increased fivefold until the goal of 400 euros per average pension is reached.

"A great deal has been done, the economy today speaks with other data. We are starting to support the annual increase in pensions by giving pensioners a pension whose increase in January 2030 will be fivefold. We will achieve what we promised, the average pension of 400 euros."

The economy has enabled us to increase salaries; today we have no comparison with previous salaries.

"Today we have started to index the salaries of teachers, soldiers, police officers, doctors and nurses. Salaries increase, but they no longer have the impact of inflation because the government pays them," said Rama./ CNA
