The leader of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, gave an interview to Syri.net, regarding the Constitutional Court's decision.

Asked if he was surprised by the court's decision, Meta responded that he would be surprised if this court made a dignified decision.

Further, the leader of the PL states that what makes the Constitutional Court's decision even more shameful is the failure to adjudicate the request for the manner of his arrest.

Meta says you can't expect more from a court where their best member went and took an oath at the notary at Lana Bridge.

Not at all. I would be disappointed if he had made a dignified decision, as it would put me in trouble for everything I have denounced since the historic rally of March 2, 2020, about the mafia capture of the Constitutional Court with oaths at the notary in Lana, with the blessing of corrupt diplomats, the McGonigal type. But everyone must understand that without exhausting all the stages of the domestic trial, the case cannot be referred to the Strasbourg Court.

What makes the Constitutional Court, which distributed a Sorosist communiqué that is beyond any professional standards, even more shameful is the failure to consider our main request regarding the method of arrest and its constitutional standards, which only the Constitutional Court has the right and duty to express, not only based on the articles of the Constitution, but also the provisions of the European Convention on these cases.

The banal justification that we do not speak out about this because the Prosecution is investigating it is scandalous, since the Prosecution investigates criminal responsibilities for violations of legality and can never speak out about constitutional standards because it does not have this responsibility.

They simply delayed the trial by 6 months beyond the legal deadline and did not disappoint us with their partisan kamikaze. What can you expect when the best of them went to the notary and took the oath at Lana's?
