"Denial means doubling the crime"/ Berisha: Is there a blacker face

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, spoke to the media after leaving SPAK.

Berisha again focused on judge Irena Gjoka, whom he called a blackface, because she denies her conviction in the Greek state.

The chief democrat said that denying the sentence is a double crime and a continuing crime.

Further, Berisha stated that Irena Gjoka's alibi that she had not been convicted fell with the publication of the power of attorney issued in 2023.

Power of attorney that Gjoka issued for a lawyer to challenge the decision to expel her from the Greek state.

On March 4, 2024, the Supreme Court issued a statement in defense of Irena Gjoka.

On May 4, the newspaper "Protothema" published the decision to expel judge Irena Gjoka.

On May 2, 2025, the Court of Ioannina sent a decision with an apostille stamp. On May 5, 2025, I presented before you the decision with an apostille stamp. Irena Gjoka denied that she had been convicted. Is there anything more shameful than this? An extremely important figure, a mother, a woman denies that she has been convicted.

This means a crime in progress. Denial means doubling the crime.

On May 6, the power of attorney for 2023 was issued. Power of attorney that Irena had issued to a lawyer to challenge the decision to expel her from Greece.

"Irena Gjoka is sentenced with a final decision ," Berisha said./CNA
