The candidate of the "Together We Win" coalition for Elbasan, Luciano Boçi, addressed this afternoon with a message to the employees of the administration of Elbasan.

Through a status on social networks, Boçi expresses gratitude to those employees of the administration who have cooperated with him and his specialists during this campaign under conditions of confidentiality.

He says that Elbasan has very good, reliable, quality and morally worthy human resources.

The opposition candidate declares that he will never infringe on someone's right to think politically, while calling on the administration's employees to unite and vote for him on May 14.

Dear citizens of Elbasan who work in the state administration,

I am aware that this communication takes place at an inopportune moment, just a few days before the local elections. None of you have had the freedom to join my public activities or to listen closely to what I intend to bring to the life of this municipality.

I would have greatly appreciated the opportunity to receive your questions from well-informed citizens and answer them in detail - with confidence that this is how I answer the entire community of citizens of Elbasan. But the political dome that governs the municipality of Elbasan has taken you to the extremes of moral survival. Many of you - directly and indirectly - have conveyed to me the message that this state of surveillance of state employees is despicable, a revival of the 80 laks of State Security.

However, I want to express my highest gratitude to many of you who, under conditions of illegality, with the highest confidentiality and in the deepest public silence, cooperated with me and my staff, with the wide team of experts who joined my staff. election to elaborate a pro-active and very ambitious development program. I am grateful to you, again!

I am convinced that for many of you, Elbasan deserves better and should be managed differently! Many of you would build sectoral policies and executive action plans much more effective than those that the high administration of the municipality has articulated and made mandatory today. I am clear that Elbasan is in this state not because of your work, but because of the obstacles you encounter from above to do your work as you would like. The mismanagement of the municipality has a motive and this is political: corruption is always a political event!

In these last hours before voting for the local government, I want to tell you that I am more convinced than ever that Elbasan has very good, reliable, quality human resources - and morally worthy. I've worked with over 70 amazing experts – of all ages and backgrounds – as part of my staff, I've processed input from at least 25-30 key people in current local government, I've met excellent private consultants who have offered to support my vision political to love Elbasan through its development.

Although a very large number of human resources have left for Tirana or abroad - we still have enough worthy specialists, whom I would greatly appreciate having on staff - as a guarantee for the fulfillment of all the elements of my program, where investments lead.

In this respect, I would hope that those who know me will tell those who do not know me that Luciano Boçi is a democrat because he is against the class war. I will never infringe on someone's right to think politically while enriching a development program with ideas and suggestions.

The countless contacts I've had in the last few months and weeks convince me that change in Elbasan is a necessity, a fact that the public will reveal by voting in a non-negotiable way.

I really want you too – the worthy employees of an abused administration – to become part of it, to experience with joy this important event for our city, for our municipality and to feel empowered in your desire to serve the better for the citizens.
