The reception ceremony for foreign leaders participating in the Berlin Process Summit begins. The Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte, before the meeting with the Prime Minister Edi Rama, said that the tensions in the north of Kosovo should be reduced

"Tensions in the north of Kosovo must be reduced. We must all contribute in this direction", said the Prime Minister of the Netherlands. 

It is learned that after the reception ceremony, Prime Minister Rama, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, EC President Ursula von der Leyen and Council of Europe President Charles Michel will deliver a welcoming speech. 

As for the absence of the President of France, Emmanuel Macron, it was revealed that the latter will be absent from the summit proceedings due to a serious event in France, which has forced him to postpone his visit to Albania by a few hours.

Macron is expected to arrive in Albania in the afternoon, where he will hold an official meeting with Prime Minister Rama, who will award him a title in honor of his acts for Albania.

Therefore, the President of Serbia, Aleksandar Vu?i?, will not be present at today's meeting, but the Prime Minister, Ana Brnabi?./ CNA
