The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has spoken about the privatization file of the former bread factory in the 5 May area.

Manjani has reacted in relation to the accusations that have been thrown at former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj in relation to this file.

The former minister has stated that SPAK should investigate the mayor Erion Veliaj, who gave permission for construction on the land of the former bread factory.

" It's useless, for talking, that is, well, Arben Ahmetaj did not abuse his duty in the case of "Buka" in Tirana, but Erion Veliaj, who gave a construction permit to that land, when the court had removed the ownership of the land, is the applicant to blame?!

In other words, it is not known how he abused his duty by protecting the public interest, but let us say that this is what SPAK judges. But granting a construction permit on a plot of land, whose owner had lost the title 1 year before granting the permit, is a clear violation of the law and public interest.

Erion should have been under investigation for this permit.
