The Berlin Process Summit is expected to take place today, which marks the first time that such a summit is held outside the political borders of the EU.

The summit is expected to start at 11:00, when Prime Minister Edi Rama will host the leaders who will participate in the summit.

It is learned that after the reception ceremony, Prime Minister Rama, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, EC President Ursula von der Leyen and European Council President Charles Michel will deliver a welcoming speech before the start of the work.

As for the absence of the President of France, Emanuel Macron, it was revealed that the latter will be absent from the summit proceedings due to a serious event in France, which has forced him to postpone his visit to Albania by a few hours.

Macron is expected to arrive in Albania in the afternoon, where he will hold an official meeting with Prime Minister Rama, who will award him a title in honor of his acts for Albania.

Therefore, the President of Serbia, Aleksandër Vu?i?, will not be present at today's meeting, but the Prime Minister, Ana Brnabi?. 

Meanwhile, the president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, is traveling to China, where he will participate in the third "Belt and Road" forum. The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, will also be present at this forum. /CNA
