On Friday, the Electoral College overthrew the CEC and gave the Democratic Party the right to "stamp" the appointment of 2 members of the CEC in Kukës.

Meanwhile, the Freedom Party will have only 1 member in the partial local elections. 

With this decision, the Electoral College has described the DP of "vula" as the largest opposition force in the country, emerging from the May 14 local elections.

Lulzim Basha declared a few days ago that there will be no candidate for the September 24 local elections in Kukës. In the race for the elections in Kukës are Emri Vata from the coalition 'Bashke Fitomje' and Albert Halilaj from the SP.
