Lulzim Basha has delegated the task of Gazment Bardhi as head of the DP parliamentary group to Flutura Açka.

Berisha said that an Assembly that knows the law cannot recognize Flutura Açka as the chairwoman of the parliamentary group.

"It's all an act dictated by Edi Rama in flagrant violation of the laws of the Parliament and Lulzim Brava is just a pawn who implements the scenarios, which are drawn up in Rama's offices.

Parliament has a regulation and it is the law of operation of the institution that votes laws. That regulation clearly defines that the head of the Parliamentary Group is elected by the votes of the members of the parliamentary group.

If the Assembly does not know the law, it knows the hostage candidate. If the Assembly recognizes the law, it can never recognize it. It depends on this attitude. Because the law of the Parliament is very clear that the chairman of the parliamentary group is elected by the votes of the parliamentary group", he said.

The former prime minister emphasized that the DP will follow all modalities to overthrow the replacement of the head of the parliamentary group.

"All modalities will be followed except for the person who will be authorized to lead the group of 43 deputies, no other person can take the leadership of the parliamentary group", underlined Berisha./ CNA
