The DP's "pulpit" tour continued today in Manëz. Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha began his speech to citizens and supporters with the 2021 elections, which he said were stolen by the government.

During his speech, Berisha said that former DP leader Lulzim Basha did not condemn vote theft, as according to him he had an agreement with the government.

The opposition leader further spoke about "May 11", where he said that they would not have lost if Prime Minister Edi Rama had not forgiven the fines two days before the elections.

"They attacked us in every way, but they failed. We resisted the greatest injustices. We came to the elections and ran the most beautiful campaign. We had the most excellent program. When a prime minister decides not to hand over power, he has all the means to buy and manipulate the vote. In 2021 he robbed the elections by distributing 130 million euros, earthquake damages. But such an act constitutes vote theft. You cannot have unfair battles. Elections are both national and international.

The former mayor, instead of dealing with the vote-grabber, dealt with me. Because he was in agreement with her, he forgot what the government did.

 On May 11, the opposition would never have lost the elections if Edi Rama had not forgiven 2 billion euros in fines and interest two days before the elections. He would not have organized hundreds of national and international activities to influence voters. But 2021 could not be repeated. He did everything to change the international report, but he failed.
