Strong accusations/ Berisha: Two Constitutional Court judges have declared that

DP leader Sali Berisha has made strong accusations against Prime Minister Edi Rama and the Constitutional Court.

In his statement to the media, Berisha stated that two judges, calling them slaves and wretched in their communications with friends, have expressed that they understand that Rama has come to an end, but they are still asking them to vote in his favor on the 18th.

"Just yesterday, the judges, miserable slaves of power, were declaring to their friends that they understand that Edi Rama is finished, but they are still asking us to vote in his favor on the 18th."

"This is the truth, and I have no doubt that he will not lift his immunity, because if he lifts the first one, he will be forced to lift his second one," Berisha said.

Among other things, the chief democrat stressed that the postponement of the meeting of the Mandates Council blocks SPAK from doing its work.

Berisha underlined that Rama has used the mandates he received as criminal puppets to destroy the justice system.

"If SPAK is blocked for three to 5 days, the defendant or the lawyer has the right to request time to read the file, as stipulated in the regulations. This time, which in the Berisha case was not even two hours, in the Lubia case it was announced as 3-5 days. But the prosecutors argued that the lawyers needed time to study the file. The regulations state that after the review within two weeks, the report is submitted to parliament, which is obliged to decide on the first item on the agenda of the first session. Rama erased all of this, took power from parliament and suspended the session without a meeting date that never happened. These people are capable of doing anything to protect their crimes. I tell you, he does not lift immunity, he has decided to use the mandates he received as puppets for crime to destroy the justice system", said Berisha./ CNA
