Ardit Bido is the Socialist Party's candidate in the May 11 elections. In a post on social media, Bido emphasizes that this is a decision with great responsibility.

Bido explains the reasons that led him to be part of the race for MP, which he does not call an end in itself but a means to bring about real change.

Bido emphasizes that for years, he has been the voice of the concerns of the citizens of the district in the media and public spaces, and now it is time for him to be where decisions are made.

Bido adds that by running in this district, he believes that Vlora, Saranda, Delvina, Konispoli, Himara, Finiqi and Selenica deserve more.

"Why did I decide to run?
A decision with great responsibility.
Being part of politics is not an end in itself, but a means to bring about real change. For years, I have been the voice of the concerns of the citizens of our region in the media and public spaces. Today, more than ever, it is time for this voice to be where decisions are made!
Why did I decide to run? Because I believe that Vlora, Saranda, Delvina, Konispoli, Himara, Finiqi and Selenica deserve more. They deserve dignified representation, fair policies and sustainable development.
