"Democrats need the SP more than ever"/ Rama mocks Berisha during

Prime Minister Edi Rama stated today that the Democratic Party is the party force that sees SPAK as the only opportunity to fight the majority.

In his speech at a meeting in Lushnja, Rama mocked Berisha by saying that a political party cannot be against SPAK, and on the other hand, call for protests to "liberate" TikTok.

Rama added that even the Democrats, more than ever, must understand that they need the SP as a means to achieve EU accession.

"There are two sides to the SPAK justice reform. These others who shout and defend SPAK, see it as the only opportunity to fight with us. Meanwhile, we see SPAK as the tool that Albania has lacked since 1912.

If we join the EU, equality before the law is not discussed. No one can come and say that they will close SPAK and free TikTok. How can a political force say, give us the vote to free 'TikTok'. How can a political force call on the kids to skip school and go to protest.

"More than ever, even those who think on the right must understand that they need the SP as a tool to achieve EU accession," Rama said. /CNA
