Rama degenerates Basha/ "You are below me and I was working above with your voice in the background"

Luli Basha has woken up from this winter's lethargic sleep and has started the campaign engines.

From a meeting held in one of the neighborhoods of Tirana, Luli told Rama that he was awake and ready for a confrontation, all he needed was for the latter to come out of the basement.

Prime Minister Edi Rama responded to Luli by telling him that he is where he left off and mocking him after the video on social media.
