The political leader of the Democratic Party for the Tirana region, Belind Këlliçi, has shared moments from his meeting with the residents of Lapraka on social media.

Këlliçi writes that this area has been neglected by the government for 12 years and lacks basic services. He says that with the Democratic Party, there are no second-class citizens.

 

" We started with special will and focus the meetings from Lapraka, Unit no. 11, Group section no. 3 in Kodër Kamëz.

The residents confirmed to us a bitter reality of the suburbs, so close to the center. An area left in oblivion for 12 years, faced with the indifference of the government and the lack of basic services. Totally pushed towards a lack of opportunities and emigration.

The DP has an unwavering commitment to not letting any citizen feel discriminated against in state policies and attention. The governing history of this party proves that with the DP there are no second-class citizens and that development must reach everyone, not just the facade of a pseudo-elite enriched by illegality.

For this reason, the focus of our commitments and the government program is to end the endless drama of legalizations. Assistance through the emergency package for all citizens affected by misgovernment, through Amnesty for unjust fines for families in need, single mothers, and citizens on economic assistance or unemployed.

We want to rebuild hope by helping young families with social buildings, the economy with the Albania Produces platform, and young people with new employment opportunities. A better Albania for all is possible ," writes Këlliçi./ CNA
