Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke about the right-left divide during a meeting with the SP candidates for Tirana.

He called it a new characteristic, saying that they finally understood how irrelevant and pointless it is to seek votes for the DP.

"We have a team that today gives everyone the opportunity to choose. We have a team where all ages and both genders, especially women and girls, have the opportunity to find themselves and vote for themselves."

"As never before, the Socialist Party has a team where even the youngest are represented. There is a new, long-awaited characteristic for me that in my left-wing team we have in our entire team a significant composition of those who have crossed from one side to the other and are with us because in a long or shorter process they have seen how irrelevant and how futile it is to believe that something good can come to the country by going out seeking votes for those who are facing us today," said Rama./ CNA
