The political leader of the Democratic Party for Tirana, Belind Këlliçi, has denounced in a statement to the media today the chairwoman of the Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, who has been placed under investigation by the Special Prosecution Office.

Këlliçi has stated that Klotilda Bushka is the realtor of the Veliaj couple and the leaders of the 'new justice' like Naureda Llagami.

He underlines that sBushka, in violation of the law and the independence of institutions, uses her position as chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee to exchange favors.

From the conversations published in the media the day before, dating from November 2023 - January 2024, it turns out that Klotilda Bushka uses not only luxurious restaurants, but also the private office of Veliaj's family and secure applications like Telegram, to make conversations and bargains in violation of the law, abusing her position.

According to Këlliç, Bushka is offering former head of the Constitutional Court, Llagami, support for her election to the Constitutional Court, when the latter's mandate at the Constitutional Court ends.

In exchange for the assistance that Bushka sought from those who had the responsibility of reviewing the investigative files in the Appeals Chamber of the Criminal Court, he offered appointments in the Assembly and the continuation of a career in the new justice system.

Among other things, in the conversations, it is shown that Llagami warns of Veliaj's arrest.

"In recent weeks, various media outlets have brought to the public's attention the occult connections of Socialist Party MP and Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee, Klotilda Bushka, with the leader of 5D and the de facto owner of the Tirana Incinerator, Erion Veliaj.

Even in recent media reports, it is clearly seen that Klotilda Bushka is being cast as the realtor of the Veliaj couple and the leaders of the 'new justice' like Naureda Llagami.

The Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee was denounced a few weeks ago by the investigative show PLUG on Syri TV, as one of the main links in the corrupt chain that includes the Veliaj couple and the associations controlled by them, headed by the "Benussi" Institute and the NGOs BYL-A and SHIZI.

Yesterday, Ora News, another media outlet barbarically attacked by the mayor of Tirana, reported new evidence and facts about how Bushka, in violation of the law and the independence of institutions, uses her position as chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee to exchange favors.

The conversations, exchanges and negotiations of Bushka and her people with the leaders of the justice system are nothing more than criminal bargains at the expense of the law and citizens.

"When you see these conversations, you actually understand quite clearly what the swamp is and who the reptiles are, whose visas Albanians should revoke once and for all on May 11," declared Këlliçi./ CNA
