The DP parliamentary group has made a request for an urgent interpellation in the Assembly with the Minister of Health Albana Koçiu.

The head of the Gazment Bardhi group emphasized that the officials of the ministry are responsible for the scandal in the Oncology hospital.

Bardhi said that the corrupt system originates from the head, it extends to the entire sector and for this he asked for an in-depth investigation.

"The meeting of the DP parliamentary group has just ended. At the center of the discussions is the Oncology scandal. The group has approved the request for an interpellation with Minister Koçiu, in the next session, to answer the irresponsibility that has led the minister in dealing with this problem. Yesterday, the minister, also because of the deep indignation that the thing has caused in the people, expressed disgust for what happened, but the institutions were informed in time about what was happening.

The scandal is not an isolated case, but a complete scheme initiated by political leaders in Health. The minister had in his hands the reports of the HLSH, where no action was taken. There have been denunciations from the opposition and journalists and zero actions from the Ministry of Health. After the prosecution acts, you cannot act with the sentence, we have fired the doctors. The request for interpellation was submitted today.
