This Tuesday, a session was held at the Constitutional Court for the mandate of the deputy and former socialist minister, Olta Xhaçka.

Also present at the session was the head of the parliamentary group of the Democratic Party, Gazment Bardhi, who presented the arguments of the opposition before the black squads.

In an appearance for the media, Bardhi said that the Constitutional Court must rise to the height of her duties and show that she does not depend on Prime Minister Rama.

"I believe that the members of the Constitutional Court will rise to the height of their duty and will protect their personal dignity as members of this court and the dignity of this institution. We have not entered the evidence, after entering the evidence, Edi Rama must allow the decisions of the Constitutional Court to be implemented.
