The tax for free professions, sued in the Constitutional Court, is considered unconstitutional by the opposition.

Deputy Jorida Tabaku, after the court withdrew for a decision, declared that this tax is unfair.

According to her, the government is aiming to hit the weakest and eliminate the middle class.

"We don't have the luxury of losing those who are giving a lot to the economy. I hope that the Constitutional Court will give a fair decision. The government will fall on the head of whoever wins, as in the kulak system. Thousands of professionals have deregistered their activities. The government is behaving as if it is strong with the weak", said the MP.

Within a few months of its entry into force, the law has been sued four times, as for opposition MPs, accountants and lawyers, it violates the principle of equality between taxpayers and violates legal certainty./ CNA
