The leader of the DP for Tirana, Belind Kelliçi, has reacted to the accusations brought against him by the media of the mayor Erion Veliajt, paid by the incinerators.

He lied until two weeks ago. I have signed and filed in SPAK this authentic document of 2014, which Veliaj had disappeared from the protocol of the municipality and every other institution. This is the starting point of this affair, this document was used by Veliaj for the 30-year concession , Carlo i Veliajt. He took the land that was intended for the gymnasium. Bollino paid for it in the Parliament. The accusations are ridiculous to me , they don't understand that they made an own goal. I have deposited in the CEC, every penny that has come to my campaign, also the source from which it has come, and why it has been spent. I have declared every funding, every expense, everything that has come in the campaign. I invite Carlo and the other Carlo to make public Veliaj's statement that he declared zero lek in the campaign.

There are endless materials in SPAK, which only I have taken to them, which prove the involvement of Veliaj and the directors in the affair. SPAK can find much more information. Does SPAK have materials on this issue? No end. Is there a will? Not so far. Do I believe in SPAK? No. SPAK does not even dare to mention his name, neither in the incinerator affair, nor in the "5D" affair. The documents that we brought to you are the fact that the municipality has turned into a mafia, corrupt organization.
