The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, reacted this Wednesday to the scandal at the Oncology Hospital with chemotherapy drugs.

In harsh tones, Manja considered the scandal a despicable event that deserves punishment according to the law

Describing doctors involved in abuse as thugs, he said they cannot tarnish the health system.

"Disgust and punishment for anyone who tarnishes health. They will be punished, but some thugs cannot stain the white shirts that serve the citizens in all areas every day. We will take the measures that the college said, but also at the administrative level there was an in-depth investigation, in 2023 an employee was punished. In January-July 2023, there was a plan of measures for an administrative investigation of Mother Teresa, aimed at Oncology. The government supports the white shirts as much as possible, but it does not allow thugs in white shirts to stain the system", the minister emphasized in a press conference./ CNA
