The member of the Presidency of the Democratic Party, Grigels Muçollari, accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of giving permission for the construction of a tower in the building where the Cadastre offices are currently located.

Muçollarit said that the winner is predetermined and is a friend of the head of government.

According to him, the citizens will not benefit anything from this project, as the price of the apartments will be very high.

The Cadastre deserves to collapse for other reasons, because it is one of the most corrupt institutions in the country, and where people do not find solutions.

But it will collapse for another corrupt reason. Because someone, a predetermined winner, has set his sights on this environment to make a skyscraper.

Citizens will not benefit anything from this project, as the price of apartments here will be very high, untouchable by ordinary people.
