Prime Minister Edi Rama, at the meeting held for the 35th anniversary of the Socialist Party in Durrës, also focused on the country's situation over the years.

Making a comparison, Rama stated that the fundamental differences of Albania before and after the Socialist Party came to power are written in the party's DNA, in a phase that he described as a reengagement of the country with itself, the world and the future.

"Despite all that can be said with a critical eye, how could Albania sunk in the abyss of the pyramids, armed with the madness of blindness, be compared to the one that followed, it was with 1001 holes, but an Albania that was reengaged with the future, itself and the world, to restore order. These are essential relationships, written in the DNA of the Socialist Party. Let us ensure that all those who will come after, take care of the SP as an invaluable national asset", Rama explained.

Further, the head of government also focused on the criticisms and accusations of opposition representatives, who, according to him, do not know what they are doing and saying.

According to Rama, the Socialist Party is aware of the duty it has towards the country on its journey towards the European Union and stressed that this is not a duty it will delegate.

The Prime Minister added that the opposition's stances on the situation in the country vis-à-vis internationals are more than shameful, but Rama said that this also has its own entertaining part.

"Those who talk about us have no idea what they are talking about. Those who are preparing to face us have no idea who they are preparing for. The Socialist Party is not a stream, nor a river, but an ocean that raises the wave higher and higher every time because it is aware of the challenge it has, of the mountain that must be climbed and is certain that it will not delegate it. Either the Socialist Party makes Albania Europe, or Europe never takes Albania. What did they not say about what will become a fact tomorrow. What did they not invent? Shame is a word that has nothing to do with them. They were happy that the photos of the flamethrowers on the Prime Minister were published in the world's media. They got to the point where they took out the German flag on the boulevard. They filled the world with the fact that they have punished us.
