In a statement to the media from the Presidency of the Assembly, the head of the Investigative Commission, Albana Vokshi, denounced that the state institutions do not provide information and play ping-pong among themselves in order not to respond to the letters for health concessions. 

She emphasized that she will take measures with criminal charges against anyone who tries to obstruct the work of this commission.

The Chairperson of the Commission denounced that Plarent Ndreca has blackmailed, threatened and intimidated the auditors of KLSH. 

"This week, despite the opposition's request, the meeting of the Investigative Committee on Health was not held, as you can guess, the majority deputies are not in Albania at all, as for them, going to Germany is more important than the public interest for the investigation of this Commission. I want to emphasize the fact that a good part of the answers from the institutions have come, but two of the most important institutions. The Ministry of Health and the Insurance Fund, even when they responded, responded not to respond. These two institutions play ping-pong between themselves by throwing the ball at each other. Both the Ministry of Health and the Fund are the two institutions that have not yet responded to the requests made by the Investigative Commission. The Commission will take measures, such as criminal charges and legal proceedings, for anyone who tries to obstruct the work of this Commission. I would like to present you another aspect of how the vice president of the Commission, Mr. Plarent Ndreca, has blackmailed, threatened and intimidated the auditors of KLSH. From the data we have collected, it appears that Plarent Ndreca is using the position in the Commission for personal interests. "Ndreca has tried to insult, threaten and humiliate one of the KLSH auditors, who gave a very valuable testimony to the Commission," said Vokshi./ CNA
