The expert on economic issues in DP, Dorian Teliti, sees the salary increase in the public administration as a delayed step by the Albanian Government. During a television appearance, Teliti said that the step had to be taken before the Albanians left.

"Recently, the government has taken the initiative to increase salaries, but it is not enough and delayed. This step had to be taken before we had a hemorrhage, i.e. the departure of the Albanians. We appreciate the fact that salaries are increasing, but the effects today are less than what we would have had if salaries had been increased long ago", said Teliti.
