The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has released his friend Lulzim Basha in a media appearance.

Only Lulzim Basha understands how the stamp could be requested at the Municipality of Tirana and why the democrats should not protest in a municipality where the directors have been caught as thieves and demand the resignation of the mayor.

It seems clear that apart from being an associate of Prime Minister Edi Rama, Lulzim Basha has turned into a misused instrument of Erion Veliaj.
