The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has reacted in relation to the decision of SIAC, which overturned the appeal of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha for being declared "non grata" by Great Britain. 

In a status on social networks, Manjani says that politicians are not measured by trials won and lost, but by electoral and political success.

He brings up the case of the former American president, Donald Trump, for whom he declares that he is a serious candidate to take the White House, despite having lost all the trials.

"Political strikes, or because of politics, are never neutralized by legal means. Unfortunately, this is how it is, in Albania and everywhere.

Politicians are called successful because they know how to survive political blows.

The idea that justice is independent of politics unfortunately remains a fiction. In Tirana, London, Washington, Brussels and everywhere, it is fiction. This fic is now eminently readable.

Politicians everywhere are measured by electoral success or political success when they are hit and not by lost or won trials. To whom do you claim to win the trial to the "owner" of the trial?!!
