The day before, Lulzim Basha paid a visit to Prekaz from the Jashar tower, where he confessed his connection with Kosovo as well as the time when he worked for the Hague International Court and the UN Mission.

He also shared his conversation with American President George Bush, during the latter's visit to Albania on June 10, 2007.

Afterwards, Bush laughingly said that he is a "faster shooter than Putin".
