The Regional Coordinator for Tirana of the Democratic Party, Klevis Balliu, said from the blue headquarters that the Municipality of Tirana does not stop and that theft and greed are the words that best describe the system of Erion Veliaj. 

Balliu denounced that Veliaj made the next attack on Mehmet Hasalami, the director of the Directorate of Development Programs in Mining and Industry, in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy.

The latter received 4.6 billion ALL from state institutions through his company, 'Dekliada Alb shpk'.

After the numerous denunciations of the Democratic Party, ignored by SPAK, about the heads of Veliaj for the people of power, giving tenders worth millions of euros to the party's deputies and its directors, justice continues to be silent like a blade of grass and allows this thief to continue the thefts.

Mehmet Hasalami, the director of the Directorate of Development Programs in Mining and Industry, in the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, is the next corrupt person with citizens' money.

Hasalami is also the Owner, with 100 percent of the capital, in the subject Institute 'Dekliada Alb shpk'. With this company, for the period 2019-2023, he has benefited 4.6 billion ALL from state institutions. With this private entity, he is a designer and drafter of reports for 18 infrastructure projects related to energy, as well as a concessionaire in 2 concessions.

Erion Veliaj, Edi Rama's biggest competitor in theft. According to Open Data, it has concluded 41 public contracts, including the reconstruction process, as well as public contracts during the year 2024 with the company of Hasalam against the value of 2.2 million euros.
